The building is situated on the corner of Caledon & Myburg streets, near the heart of Somerset West. It is one street away from Somerset West main road and is within a five-minute drive from De Hoop, Beaumont and Parel Vallei schools.

The building was originally one of the first homes in Somerset West. It has since been reinvented into a flat block and then into a commercial building. The building has recently been bought by the owners of Sprig Wellness Centre in Somerset West. We are working with the designer Joan Viljoen to create a new, fresh professional design for the building.
